Every year, a day before the Annual General Assembly (AGM), a consultation workshop is held in presence of all members and WEAN Chapter representatives. This consultation workshop is done in order to identify the current issues of women entrepreneurs to take it up as the future advocacy agenda. In addition to these, need-based workshops are also organized in order to capacitate the WEAN Chapters. 

FWEAN also organizes other workshops and other orientation sessions round the year on new policies and provisions relevant to women entrepreneurs such as subsidized loan schemes, taxation as well as those that support to capacitate them and strengthen their businesses. These workshops are organized in presence of and with the support of concerned stakeholders and authorities.
