FWEAN has always stood for principles that drive positive change, and at the heart of our mission lies the transformational power of entrepreneurship. As the President of FWEAN, I vow to enforce all my efforts during my tenure to transform lives, communities, and the environment. Keeping up with the trend of advocating for women led micro small and medium enterprises of Nepal I would like to focus on following Nine essential “E” factors.

• Entrepreneurship: Entrepreneurship is a powerful vehicle for women's empowerment. It offers an avenue for financial independence, self-realization, and a chance to contribute to the economy. 
• Empowerment: Our mission is to empower women to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams. Our commitment is to empower women to discover and harness their talents, fostering a sense of self-belief that is crucial for entrepreneurial success.
• Education: Education is the cornerstone of empowerment. Education opens doors to opportunities and enables women/girls to make informed decisions. I will advocate for access to free formal education for women and girls.
• Enhancement: FWEAN will support entrepreneurs to enhance their skills, products, and services, fostering innovation and competitiveness. 
• Encourage: Building a business can be challenging, and setbacks are inevitable. FWEAN encourages resilience, perseverance, and a growth mindset in women entrepreneurs. I believe that it is crucial to showcase and celebrate the successes of women entrepreneurs. By highlighting their achievements, we inspire others and challenge stereotypes about women in business.
• Engagement: FWEAN will facilitate a vibrant ecosystem where entrepreneurs can engage with peers, mentors, and industry experts. These connections are invaluable for knowledge sharing, mentorship, and fostering a sense of community.
• Equity: In our pursuit of entrepreneurial excellence, FWEAN is committed to promoting equity and inclusivity.Our efforts are dedicated to breaking down barriers and fostering diversity in entrepreneurship. We will work tirelessly to break down barriers and create a level playing field for all aspiring entrepreneurs.
• Expansion: To expand the reach and impact, create more jobs and contribute to the well-being of society FWEAN will focus on expanding its working areas geographically. We will actively promote the expansion of networks for entrepreneurs, both locally and globally.
• Environment: Sustainability is not a choice; it's an imperative. FWEAN advocates for environmentally responsible practices, helping entrepreneurs incorporate eco-friendly solutions into their businesses. We have also advocated and trained our entrepreneurs with Business Continuity Plans and identified gaps to fill. 

Beside the above, during my tenure, FWEAN shall focus on creating a strong linkage between the Stakeholders and Donors, Chapter Establishment and Strengthening via Digitalization, Formalization and Skill Enhancement Prioritizing and Increasing Green Businesses, addressing Global Agenda and minimizing the negative impact on the Environment, Economy and Community. Also, Promoting Innovative and Waste Management/Recycling Businesses.  

In conclusion, FWEAN stands as a beacon of support and guidance for entrepreneurs, fostering a culture of empowerment, education, and sustainable growth. As a president I will support FWEAN on mobilizing resources, building partnerships, and provide a leadership that will create significant impact on socio economic development of women. With my team at FWEAN, I strongly believe that, together, we can create a world where entrepreneurship not only drives economic prosperity but also leads to positive social and environmental change. 

Lastly, I want to emphasize our organization's slogan for this year: 

Keeping this in our minds and hearts, it is time to keep going, to keep working and supporting each other for more prosperity, progress and peace in the coming years.
